Preparation
  1. Gather all the ingredients and equipment.
  2. Scale ingredients.
  3. Pour the kirsch onto the coarsely ground almonds and soak for approximately 30 minutes.
  4. Combine the praline and both chocolates.
  5. Add the coarsely chopped almonds. Stir as little as possible and immediately pour the mixture into a frame on baking paper.
  6. Apply a thick layer of dark chocolate over the top and bottom.
  7. Cut into 13/16-in. (2-cm by 2.5-cm) pieces or use an oval cutter.
