Preparation
  1. Gather all the ingredients and equipment.
  2. Scale ingredients.
  3. Combine and mix together simple syrup, sugar, and almonds.
  4. Spread mixture on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
  5. Bake in a 350°F (177°C) oven until golden brown.
  6. Cool and break into pieces.
  7. Coat in tempered milk chocolate and place on parchment-lined sheet pan.
