Preparation
  1. Gather all the ingredients and equipment.
  2. Melt butter and whisk in hot sauce.
  3. Pat dry chicken wings.
  4. Fry at 350°F (177°C) until chicken is 165°F (74°C).
  5. In a large bowl, toss fried chicken wings in butter-hot sauce mixture.
  6. Serve with celery sticks and bleu cheese dressing.
