Preparation
  1. Gather all the ingredients and equipment.
  2. Lightly oil asparagus and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine vinaigrette ingredients, emulsify, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill asparagus over hot coals until crisp and tender and serve warm or at room temperature with citrus ginger vinaigrette drizzled over.
  5. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
